Information you give us

This website has no forms and no accounts. If you call us, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, address, and details about your electrical project. We use it only to answer your questions, give estimates, schedule work, and provide our services.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, some information is collected automatically through the services described below. It is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it. It does not include your name or contact details.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, how you reached our site (for example, a search engine), your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city or region). We also record when visitors tap our phone number or "Request Estimate" buttons, so we can see which pages are most helpful.

Google Analytics does not log or store your full IP address. You can learn how Google uses this information at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

Cloudflare

Our website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages securely and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and measures page speed without using cookies. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details.

Fonts

Our pages use fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives standard technical information such as your IP address. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Maps

Some pages show maps from OpenFreeMap, based on OpenStreetMap data. When a map loads, your browser requests map images from those services, which receive standard technical information such as your IP address.

Our project map

Our Projects page shows where we have completed work. To protect our clients' privacy, locations are shown approximately, within about a block, and no client names or addresses are published.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our website and business (such as Google and Cloudflare, as described above), or when required by law.

How long we keep information

We keep customer information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and warranty requirements. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our Google Analytics account.

Your choices

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on linked above.
• Call us to ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it.
