Much of Brooklyn's housing is 19th- and early 20th-century rowhouses and walk-ups, many inside landmarked historic districts. That usually means small electrical services, aging panels and wiring that has been extended over decades. We upgrade services, replace panels and rewire these buildings, and handle the DOB permits and Con Edison coordination that come with the work.

We also install EV chargers, handle service calls, and do lighting and fit-out work for shops and restaurants. Our shop at 222 Lorraine Street is close to Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Brooklyn Heights and Park Slope.
